About Lyt Brox
What does Lyt Brox do? Lyt Brox builds AI-powered operational platforms for Singapore field service companies and sets up Claude workspaces for businesses moving daily work into Claude. We are based in Singapore. We are operator-led.
Where is Lyt Brox based? Singapore. We work primarily with Singapore SMEs.
Who is Lyt Brox for? Field service businesses (fire protection, maintenance, M&E, plumbing, maritime service, general service contracting) that have outgrown WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets. SMEs and solo operators that want to move daily work into Claude in a structured way.
Is Lyt Brox an AI agency? No. We build operational systems and Claude workspaces. We do not build chatbots, train custom models, or do generic AI consulting.
Is Lyt Brox a course provider? No. We do not sell courses. We do not sell prompt packs. We build working systems for clients.
Are you affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any AI provider? No. We are independent. We use Claude because it works well for serious operational use, not because we have a commercial relationship.
About AI Platforms for Field Service
What is an AI-powered operational platform? A connected software system that handles lead capture, quotations, work orders, technician reporting, approvals, and invoicing for a service business, with AI handling the repetitive admin in the background.
Is this just another CRM? No. A CRM is one part of a service business. Our platforms cover the full operational cycle: intake, scheduling, execution, reporting, quotation, approval, invoicing.
How is this different from generic field service software? Generic field service software is built for a generic workflow. Our platforms are built around the specific workflow of the contractor. We start with a workflow audit, not a feature list.
What size of company is this for? Roughly thirty to five hundred jobs a month. Below that, the platform is more than the business needs. Above that, the platform still works but requires more thought on integrations.
How long does a build take? A working first version: four to eight weeks. Full team rollout: two to three months.
What does it cost? Pricing is project-based and depends on scope. We discuss this during the workflow audit.
Will it integrate with our accounting software? Yes. We commonly integrate with Xero and QuickBooks for the invoicing handoff.
Will it work for fire protection? Yes. Fire protection is one of our core verticals.
Will it work for general service or mixed-service contractors? Yes. The platform shape adapts to the workflow.
What about predictive maintenance? We do not promise predictive maintenance. Most service companies do not have the data infrastructure to support it. We focus on practical wins: faster reporting, faster quotations, better visibility.
About Claude Workspace Setup
What is a Claude workspace? A structured set of folders, files, instructions, and prompts that turn Claude from a generic chat tool into a working assistant for a specific business.
Who is the workspace for? Solo operators, agencies, professional services firms, and small SME teams that want to use Claude as a daily operational tool.
Do I need Claude Pro or Max? Most users are fine on Claude Pro (around US$20 per month). Heavier users move to Max. We help size during setup.
What does the setup include? Workflow mapping, custom folder structure, business knowledge converted to Markdown, SOPs converted to Claude-ready instructions, prompt library, voice training, team training, ongoing support.
How long does setup take? Three to four days of elapsed time, four to six hours of our work for a typical solo operator setup. Larger setups take longer.
Will the team need training? Yes. We include a handover session. Most teams pick up daily use within a week.
What if our team is not technical? The workspace is designed to be used without technical skill. The technical work is in the setup, not in the daily use.
Can the workspace connect to our Google Drive? Yes. We configure Drive integrations as part of the setup.
What does the workspace setup cost? Pricing is fixed for the standard setup and quoted for custom work. We discuss during scoping.
About Security and Privacy
Is our client data safe? We build with role-based access, controlled data handling, audit logging, and hosting regions appropriate to the client. We do not use client data to train external AI models.
What about Singapore PDPA? PDPA applies to any personal data processed through our platforms or workspaces. We discuss compliance specifics during scoping. The client remains the data controller.
Can we host on Singapore servers? Yes, Singapore-region hosting is available for platform deployments.
Do you have access to our data after launch? We have access only to what is required for support. We discuss this in the engagement agreement.
Will Claude or other AI providers see our data? The platforms we build use AI APIs in controlled ways. The provider's data handling policies apply. We discuss this honestly during scoping. For Claude workspaces, the workspace structure is on the client's Claude account and follows Anthropic's data handling policies.
Can you sign an NDA? Yes.
About Working Together
How do we get started? Book a workflow audit through the contact page. The audit is the foundation of every project.
Do you offer a free consultation? Yes, an initial scoping call is at no charge.
What is the engagement model? Project-based for platform builds. Fixed setup plus ongoing support for Claude workspaces. We document the engagement clearly.
Can you do urgent work? We do not take on urgent work that compromises quality. We are direct about timelines.
Do you work with companies outside Singapore? Primarily Singapore. We have built for clients with regional operations. We do not work outside the region.
What if we are not sure what we need? Book the workflow audit. The audit determines what fits. If a platform is not the right answer, we say so.
