Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of services provided by LYT BROX PTE LTD (UEN: 202538612N). This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You must not use our Service to:

Legal violations

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order
  • Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity
  • Process personal data without a lawful basis or required consent under the PDPA, GDPR, or other applicable data protection law

Platform abuse

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or promotional content without recipient consent
  • Violate WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, or any other third-party service policies applicable to integrations you use through our platform
  • Use our AI features to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to manipulate AI outputs through prompt injection or adversarial inputs
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual

Technical abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, worms, trojans, or any harmful software
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted by your subscription
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, rate limits, access controls, or usage quotas

Data misuse

  • Upload or process data you do not have the legal right or authority to use
  • Upload confidential or sensitive data belonging to third parties without their authorisation
  • Use the Service to collect, store, or process special categories of personal data (health, biometric, genetic, political opinions, religious beliefs) unless you have explicit consent and a lawful basis

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing a warning, suspending your access, terminating your account, or reporting the activity to law enforcement. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, unless immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
