Direct Answer

Lyt Brox builds the connector that lets your staff's own Claude read and act on the system your business runs on. Staff keep the Claude account they already use, on the web, desktop, Cowork or their phone. The connector is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard Claude uses to reach outside systems, and it offers only the actions you choose. We have built and run connectors like this for client systems in Singapore, including a fire-protection contractor and a marine services company.

What It Looks Like Day to Day

A coordinator types into her own Claude: "Which jobs at this site are still open, and when was the last report sent?" Claude asks your system through the connector and answers from the live records, not from anything someone remembered to paste.

She asks it to draft the report summary for a job. Claude prepares it and she checks it. It cannot send the report to the customer or change the price on the quotation, because the connector was never given those actions.

Why Connect Claude Instead of Pasting Into It

When staff use Claude beside your system, they copy records out, paste them in, and type the answers back. Claude never sees the real record, nothing it says is checked against the system, and nobody knows what was pasted where.

A connector replaces the copying. Claude reads the real record, under the staff member's own sign-in, and every change it makes goes through the same rules your system already enforces.

What We Decide With You Before Anything Is Built

  • What it may read. Which records, and for which staff.
  • What it may change. Usually narrow: a note, a status, a draft.
  • What it may only draft. For a person to confirm in the system.
  • What it is never given. Prices, sending to customers, deleting records, anything that cannot be undone.
  • Who it acts as. We recommend each staff member signs in as themselves, so every action is theirs and their access ends when they leave. Some teams choose a shared login; we set out the trade-off with you.
  • The instructions their Claude follows. Skills that describe how your business does each job, packaged so the whole team uses the same ones.

How the Connector Is Built

The connector is a small service that sits between Claude and your system. Claude sees a list of tools, such as "find a job" or "draft a report note", each with a clear description of what it does. The connector checks the staff member's sign-in, checks that the action is one they are allowed, and passes the request to your system through the same rules your screens use.

Because the tools are defined by us and approved by you, Claude cannot be talked into an action that was never built. However a request is worded, the connector only offers what is on the list.

Systems We Can Connect

  • A system Lyt Brox built for you. The fastest case: the connector reuses rules the system already has.
  • A system you already run with an API or a database. We add a safe layer of actions on top, scoped during discovery.
  • Spreadsheets and shared drives. Sometimes the honest answer is that the work needs a proper system first. See fixing the operations bottleneck.

Where It Is Running Today

Connectors like this are built and running for Lyt Brox client systems in Singapore, including a fire-protection contractor and a marine services company, whose staff use Claude on their company's own system. Client names are never published without their written permission.

How Lyt Brox Helps

  1. Scoping: the questions your staff ask most, and the actions worth giving Claude.
  2. The connector, built and deployed, with the sign-in you chose.
  3. The skills and instructions their Claude follows in your system.
  4. A test with your staff on real work before anyone relies on it.
  5. Handover, and optional ongoing care as your system changes.

This is part of our AI operator workspaces offer and our Claude consulting work. Every system it connects to is built to keep working when the AI is off.

What This Is NOT

  • Not a chatbot on your website for customers.
  • Not giving Claude your database password.
  • Not an AI that changes prices or sends to customers on its own.
  • Not a replacement for your system. The system stays the record, and it works without Claude.

Security and Privacy Considerations

  • Sign-in per staff member is the default we recommend: access follows the person and is removed when they leave.
  • The connector offers only the actions you approved. Anything else is refused.
  • Your system's own rules apply to every request, so a staff member cannot do through Claude what they could not do on screen.
  • Credentials are never placed in prompts, skills or chat.
  • Anthropic's data handling terms apply to what Claude reads, and we go through them with you during scoping.
  • Singapore PDPA applies to personal data the connector returns. Your business remains the data controller.

FAQ

Can our staff use their own Claude with our company system? Yes. We build a connector between your staff's own Claude and your system, limited to the actions you choose. Staff keep the Claude account they already use.

Who builds Claude connectors (MCP servers) in Singapore? Lyt Brox, a Singapore operations company, builds MCP connectors from Claude to business systems, and has them running for client systems in Singapore.

What is MCP? The Model Context Protocol is the open standard Claude uses to connect to outside tools and systems. A connector built on it lets Claude read and act on your system within the limits the connector sets.

Does Claude get access to everything? No. It gets the actions you approved, and your system's own rules still apply.

Does it work on Claude mobile and Cowork? A connector added to a Claude account is available wherever that account uses connectors, including the web, the desktop app and Cowork. We confirm the surfaces your staff use during scoping.

What if Claude is down? Your system keeps working as it always did. The connector is a door into the system, not a part the system depends on.

What does it cost? It is quoted per engagement after scoping. It depends on the system being connected and the actions you want.

Summary

Lyt Brox builds the MCP connector between your staff's own Claude and your business system, so they ask about real jobs, quotations and reports and get answers from the live records, within limits you choose. Prices and sending stay with people, and the system works the same with or without Claude.
